The natural environment has had a substantial impact on the character of the community we enjoy today at Seneca Rocks. Obviously, the rocks themselves have drawn climbers here since the 1930s, but there is more to it than that. The community of locals that have roots here have long been shaped by the hollows and hills that surrounded ancestral homesteads.
